Current app update completely not working! App opens splash screen and shuts off! Not working at all. I have already restarted and reseted the iphone and it wont work

I dont know why go daddy cant figure out how to fix this app properly. I use it with my iPhone. Two big Fails: 1. The email address function is horrible. It doesnt properly let you access the existing contact list on your iPhone, instead forcing you to create a new Go Daddy web-based email list, which is a huge pain in the @$$. 2. When you use the reply to function, or copy an email, I love your proper formatting and spacing is lost, and it turns the whole text into a very unreadable HTML format. RIDICULOUS! These problems have been in existence for at least two years plus that Ive used this app. Go daddy, please fix this!
