Doesnt do what it says you can.

The UI is VERY hard to use. Poor button placement, wrong button selection, critical functions not implemented. Use with great care. Strongly recommend the desktop web interface over this one. Selection, editing, changing of boolean operators will often change an entry other than the one displayed. Only useful when no other option is available. Reminds me of the touch screen voting machine that selected Obama when Romney was chosen. GoDaddy, please make an accurate product.

Logging in, Agree then... Login unsuccessful for whatever generic reason (cred is accurate).... Does Anyone test this crap to see if it works? Problem is random regardless. Whenever it feels like working. Does IT care? Maybe not, hey godaddy PAY your IT to care bout corporate bs please

Always glitchy

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Not stable and reliable for mobile mail....crucial for my small business.

1) Push notifications dont work. I have to constantly click into app to see if I have new messages. 2) Then I have to hit refresh 5-10 times til I stop getting the error message "Unable to load messages." 3) Glitch with staying signed in - Sometimes it tries to makes me log in again. If I close out the app and go back in, it overrides this. 4) Emails sent from app dont show up in Webmail and vice versa. How in the world is someone from Go Daddy not reviewing these complaints? 141 ratings since your update in Oct 15 and half of them are 1 star! I will host my website and email somewhere else if this is how youre going to "help" me run my business. 5 months without a fix is totally unacceptable when web hosting is what your biz was founded on! Come on!

Email app is not rocket science! Login, check mail, send mail, or receive mail. This app is pitiful...Every time is a different issue. These days, I cannot login to this app to check my mail. LOGIN!!!! How hard can it be?!?!? This is the reason I did not use them for my website, and will probably dump the email piece now. Pathetic.

I have used this for years… And loved it. Now every time they do an upgrade it gets worse instead of better. When I call customer service about a problem they dont have a solution just an excuse and try to sell me A Microsoft product that is designed for large company for an reasonable monthly fee. I dont need anything that intricate and ridiculously large. I have a small one man home business and dont need anything that expensive or complicated.

This app never lets you in! Constant error messages. Search engine only works if you enter twice. Acts like its offline half the time even when its not.

The email function does not work correctly. If someone emails you from a contact form when you try to reply to them it replies to the contact form instead of the email that was entered into the contact form. Fix this please otherwise this app is completely useless.

Forget about checking your email. The app wont even let me log into it. The app is so bad and I run my domain email from Godaddy that Im currently shopping for a new domain host. I really dont understand how a company would even allow something of such poor quality to be associated with their name. Do yourself a HUGE favor and DONT LET GODADDY HOST YOUR DOMAIN!! What good is your business if you cant even check your email to it!!!

OMG How many times do you have to sign into this App to get your email! This App is in serious need of an update.

The app itself constantly makes me sign in again and having multiple accounts I use this, or try to use this, on a regular basis. It seems like theres more going on here as well… Logging in on the browser to get my email is just as frustrating. Overall I would say the app and the service is of low-quality.

No way to sort by file size Vs dates, etc.

I cant even log in! The reset password function doesnt work. Very disappointed!

No email is loading. Then hit refresh and the new emails come up but not any read one that havent been deleted . no happy been going on a month or so now 3/29! still not working .. all emails are off the mobile app ..

Why is this app so bad? Ive havent used an email system this poorly functioning since the 90s. No point writing a 1000 word review of all the things that are wrong with it. Its 2016. A paid-for email domain has NO excuse to function this badly.

The app is absoultly horrible for managing your GoDaddy email. Cant forward emails with attachemnts and cant fill in an emial address in the sender box are my two biggest problems. When filling in who it send to, you start typing a name or email and if they are saved in your address book itll pop up for you to select if it matches. If the email address is longer than the screen in which you are viewing itll cut off the email adress and not work. Again, horrible app.
