Worthless

The app fails to notify that you have new email. It is essential worthless. With each "update" the app loses utility. Literally the worst app I have ever used.

Downloaded to access godaddy. email. It worked a few days. Now impossible to sign in. Poorly featured app in any case. Expected more.

This app confirms that I own a domain. Thats literally the only function. Did I miss something? Ill be deleting this from my phone as its a waste of space.

The app hasnt opened since the big update on iPhone (10). I cant delete, cant open. Just sits there with the words waiting...............

Email gone. Why bother?

This is absolutely a bad app. Such a waste of time.

Had email, wasnt great but it worked. Upgraded and now it is gone!

I’m in the business to do web designs, video editing, music composition for people’s websites and so on. I’ve had the worst experience with Host Gator and Go Daddy so far. Let’s start off with Host Gator: Host Gator’s customer service is nonexistent. It’s seriously took me more than three weeks just to shut down my account and get my money back. HostGator asked for an email in order to transfer websites from Go Daddy to HostGator there is a fee for it. Host Gator also moved my website to someone else’s server and guess what? It was removed not only did they put it back they also gave my brother a refund and got him a bunch of different deals because of that incident. Go Daddy on the other hand is just as bad. I accidentally overridden The Kristin Adams Fans website to The BlockTV website. I overridden it with “/” instead of “theblocktv” deleted my Kristin Adams fans website. Go Daddy was going to charge me $85 to get it back. I told HostGator this. The customer service representative was stunned. he said “that is ridiculous we don’t charge that much at all because we probably would charge somewhere around $20-$30” but 85 is insane! at first Go Daddy wanted to charge me $150 or something. Name Cheap is seriously the best company. I’ve ever been with. They are reliable in hosting and a domain registrar. they moved my websites off Godaddy and into Name Cheap. I also. left Godaddy because of there awful interface Namecheap is so much better and they use Cpanel. Godaddy doesn’t. I was happy when Namecheap moved my websites over. they even did it for free! I can get Domains for way cheaper than what. I ever could pay on Go Daddy. Name Cheap WHOIS is free for the first year and it’s only under three dollars every year. Go Daddy is over seven dollars a year. I love Name Cheap! I am never leaving them. I will be them forever I’m in a commitment now.

Well gosh darn it, why do you show an image of the webpage builder on your app promo if you cant actually access it. Thats the reason I downloaded it and now Im going to delete it because it doesnt offer that option... Buh bye

Went to look at the domains I own, and they disappeared from the list. If I log into the domain finder, they show up. Too many bugs.

Zero stars Go Daddy! What the h. No email access ? This is not optional. Why do you think I got a domain name. May be the last time I use godaddy for my business plans. Worthless APP

Not only does this app fail to allow me to work on and with my accounts (meaning it does nothing), it is very confusing and is not intuitive. Worst app Ive ever seen/used.

The description of the update says it has directions for how to configure godaddy email with other apps. It doesnt. Checking my email is the only reason I got this app in the first place, and I havent been able to do that for months now. I updated to the new version expecting to finally be able to solve the problem but there is no mention of email anywhere in the app. Totally useless.

Worst app ever. Seems like you could at least check email. Nope! Just asks repeatedly for Me to log in. For as much as we spend for our website you would think we could access basic email that worked. Or even see if I had a sale. Fix it!!

I get locked out of my account and it doesnt recognize my password. I have more than one account and its too time consuming. Lots of room for improvements.

The only reason for me to use this app was to access my email. Now we dont have that option. Who was the dumb in charge to remove it????

I can check my email manually, but have no idea when I receive an email even though I have all the setting set up for my iPhone for banner and alerts. I think Im making a mistake using the email for real business that needs to be instant.

I really just want an easy way to access my email while on the go since GoDaddy complicated things with Apple products awhile back.
